I recently bought a Roland TD25K drum kit to run through it and even that was really easy to set up and I was recording with no problem at all within minutes. But in the past month or so, I've suddenly started experiencing problems with latency. I can't work out if it's because I've messed around with some settings on Logic and it's causing problems, or if there's an issue with my audio interface, or if it's a problem with my laptop.

I've tried restoring the settings on Logic back to their factory settings, just in case I accidentally changed something on there and it's causing these problems, but other than that it literally just stopped working properly overnight.
That's why I was thinking it could either be a problem with my laptop or the audio interface, but I'm not entirely sure how I can work out which it is without spending money on a new interface! Nov 13, PM.

If plug-ins being used do not exceed the total latency limit, there will be no audible difference. That is absolutely correct! Low Latency Mode can affect plug-ins as well as Aux sends. Dec 6, PM in response to kerochan In response to kerochan. Turn is off when you mix.
